Cancellation Policy

Payment of your deposit signifies your agreement of our cancellation policy.

Reserve your spot with a non-refundable $500 deposit.

Final balance is due two months prior to retreat.  

Full payment is required to guarantee your confirmation by either of the following dates…

March 24 or April 1 2025

In the unlikely event that the minimum of 6 participants is not met one month prior to the retreat, the retreat will be cancelled and all payments, including your deposit, will be refunded in full.
